Today, I roomed a patient who was in to get his mucocele removed. Had to do the usual questions before the doctor came in. I asked him, “Do you have any latex allergies or sensitivities?” He replied, “Nope…Definitely not,” and laughed to himself. Ten seconds later I understood and let out a small laugh too.
